"We stayed at Crest Lodge for 10 days and absolutely loved it. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Perfect for our family of four. Lots of very beautiful country walks and close to the picturesque village of Finchingfield."

A recent guest in North Lodge left this wonderful review on the AirBnB website:
"Beautiful cottage, beautiful surroundings, I had such a lovely few days and felt well rested. My 3 year old also loved the house, the garden and the horses in the field opposite. Very easy to deal with host and quick responses. I would definitely recommend."

The list below is what we have seen, or what we have been told about. Clearly these are wild animals and birds so there's no guarentee they will stick around. Treat it as a guide as to what's active rather than a menu of potential shots! Our hides do have trail cams monitoring activity, but they can't always pick up the smallest birds, so chances are there's lots more in and around the hides that we know about.

August is a time for holidays and so it's been a little while since our last post! Harvest is in full swing and the number of hares around the farm has been incredible.

The hides are all in great condition so  check out our availability and book now .

Armin said this about North Lodge...
"I stayed there with my disabled friend and both of us had the most amazing time. Not only was the cottage very comfortable, beautifully kitted out but also located in the middle of nowhere near Spains Hall but only 1.5 h drive from London. I was able to wheel my friend through some of the country lanes nearby, sit in the garden and all that because the North Cottage has a ground floor room with en suite. Not specifically kitted out for wheelchair users but we managed fine. Definitely will be back. Thank you Archie"

"A wonderful location and the cottage was beautifully furnished. Everything we could have needed was thoughtfully already provided which made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend Crest Lodge and now just need to think of an excuse to go back again!"
