Rump (also known as Haunch) steaks are perfect for a quick and easy evening meal. They are the same cut as beef Rump.
Simply fry them for a few minutes on each side and you're done. Serve with chips or mash and a little red wine reduction made from the cooking juices for a perfect evening meal.
