Loin (Fresh chilled)
If you want a proper treat for your evening meal then Loin is the perfect choice. A tender cut that cooks quickly with loads of flavour.
Only packs less than about 300g are steaks - the rest are likely to be single pieces of loin. Please ask us if you require steaks.
The simplest method of cooking is to fry on both sides then serve with chips and a red wine reduction made in the cooking pan. Chuck the steaks back into the pad once rested and glaze with butter for a truly rich and indulgent feast! Ideal with a pint of Bishop Nicks or a smooth glass of red from Baythorne Hall.
