The mince is low fat and we use it all the time in everything from stalkers pie (exactly like cottage pie!), lasagne, meatballs and bolognese. It even makes excellent burgers.

We routinely freeze our stock soon after butchering, so you should assume that everything is frozen, If you require chilled meat please contact us

Please allow up to a month for pre-orders (we have to shoot, hang and butcher the deer, so it takes a while!)
