Rump (also known as Haunch) Roasting joints are taken from the rump and are great for a family gathering. Lean, tender and succulent. Simply season, cover with rosemary, thyme and any other herbs you have in your garden, rub in some juniper berries if you can get hold of them. Roast for approx 45 minutes (check the meat and rest to taste). Serve with roast potatoes and the usual trimmings plus a red wine gravy. Easy to carve and delicious to eat!

We reckon on about 150-200g per person pre-cooked weight.
